Hi everyone! It's been awhile since a newsletter has gone out and there have been some changes. Recently Macaroni Kid did a major overhaul of all of the sites. You really need to check it out. It's so much "cleaner" looking and has some new features I will start rolling out over the next few months. As I add them to the site, I'll tell you a bit more about them.
Not only does the site look different, but it functions in a different way. The old site was "newsletter driven", meaning all the content on the site went through our weekly newsletter. Now it is "site driven". That means we can publish new articles at any time during the week, and then pull any articles we want into the weekly newsletter. I love the flexibility this allows us. We don't have to worry about bogging down your email with too many articles.
I've started loading up the calendar with activities. I'm so excited because this area has a lot going on. I'll keep adding to it. The goal is to make sure you have enough to keep your kids entertained, educated and exhausted (by nighttime, so they sleep good for you).

I also publish the Roseville-Rocklin-Lincoln Macaroni Kid site, and there's a lot going on in that area, and it's close enough to some of you, so check it out! You can subscribe to it for free, too.
